This is the installation guide for BMW 5 series F10 F11 android Navigation GPS system. You can buy the android screen from our website. There are two models:

A) For BMW 5 series F10 F11 (2011-2012) with CIC menu, should order [B208A]

B) For BMW 5 series F10 F11 (2013-2016) with NBT menu, should order [B218A]

This are two different models, the LVDS is different, installation will be failure if order wrong model.

Installation steps:

1: Remove the AC panel. 2, Remove the connector from the AC panel

3: Remove 2 screws and take out the radio panel 4: Remove the
2 connectors on the back of Radio panel

5: Remove 2 screws and take out the radio head unit 6: Remove the
power cables from the radio Head unit

7: Remove 2 optical cables from factory harness 8, The 2 optical cable
(green color) was removed

9, Our power cable with holes ready for optical cables 10, Insert the
optical cable to our power cable

11, Wire diagram (for our power cable) showed as below photo:

A: Connect to factory CD head unit (2 optical cables was moved to this
power cable) B: Connect to factory power harness

C: Connect the power cable/LVDS/GPS antenna to the back of our
android screen. 12: Connect and location for the GPS antenna

13,Connect the AUX 14, Connect the AUX (under armrest box)

15,Can power on head unit to test if all the wires was well connection or not,
if all ok, then recover the car dashboard , 16 Done.

Tips

1, After replaced with android screen, all factory functions continue to work same as before.
(such as factory radio, bluetooth, steering wheel controls, idrive, parking sensors, factory vehicle display etc).

It is easy to switch the menu between the original menu and android menu, the iDrive working on original menu and android menu.

2. The installation is plug and play, no cutting the wires, no modifications, no need to program your car when installation.

3. If your car with factory navigation, you also need to install the GPS antenna for android screen.

(We are NOT recommend thesplitter for GPS antenna, it might burn down the android's GPS chipset inside)

4, For safe driving, we suggest to install a rear-view camera, when you back the car
(switch the gear to " R " - reverse mode), the android screen show the pictures on the back automatically.
