Reseller warranty

Reseller (Dealer) Warranty Policy:

1,Warranty Period
A) For universal 1DIN or 2 Din DVD, we offer 1 year warranty;

B) For special 1 Din or 2 Din DVD, we offer 2 years warranty;
C) For others like portable GPS, Headrest, roof, stand alone monitor, armrest central monitor , sunvisor, car rearview camera, IR headphone and TV receiver box and other accessories, we offer 1 year warranty.

2,The freight afford during on warranty.

A) If there is any defect units(not men-made factor) within 1 month, we can replace a new one to our customer, and both us should afford the freight on each sides;
B) If over 1 month, but not exceed 1 year warranty: Customer pay shipping cost when send us the products, and we could share 50% shipping cost when we send back your repaired units.
C)For special 1/2 din DVD, if over 1 year, but not exceed 2 years, customers are request to pay full shipping cost (come and back), we offer free repaired service only.
If over two years, customer need to pay the all the fees which included labor and/or parts charges.

3,The item's warranty becomes invalid:
a) If damaged is caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.
b) If the warranty seal is removed or damaged.
c) If the item was opened, removed any parts of the item or repaired by unauthorized person.
d) TFT screen is not be covered by warranty, the buyer(customer) will be responsible for any broken of TFT screen during usage.

4, Remark:

Email us if you find any technical problem during installation.Most of the problems are because of misuse or incorrect installation. PLEASE check carefully before sending the item(s) back as we will not be responsible for any shipping cost if we find the product is not faulty as you described. THE RIGHT TO JUDGE THE DEFECTIVENESS IS FROM OUR TECHNICIAN'S REPORT. Mail us before you sending out the product(s).

5, Damaged cases:
We check all our items before sending out. If you received a broken item, please keep all the package material, take photos and send to us immediately. and also to have the courier to offer the certificate for the damaged. This could make you to keep the rights to make the claim to the shipping compnay, We only accept these cases reported within 7 days since delivered date. We will help you to claim damage to the courier.

6, If buyer make the shipment by buyer's own forwarder, then repaired products & parts also sent by buyer's forwarder (which will included the products come and back)

7, If reseller can repair the products, we could offer some spare parts, each case might different, please talk details with our sales person.
For some parts, that can be free, but for some of them, like main-board, motherboard, Can-bus etc, we might charge root cost of it (according the root cost from manufacturer)
