Our price NOT included the taxes or duties in your side.

A, Some countries’customs may charge taxes for importing goods from another country such as Value added tax (VAT), import duty or custom fees etc. Buyers are responsible for all these costs,we are not responsible for these taxes /duties or fees. 

B, Dropshippers: you must inform your customers about this in advance.

C, We are not familiar with your local customs and don't know how much it will be. Please check with your local tax authorities BEFORE purchase.
If you order products from us and feel that you've been unexpectedly 'stung' with taxes at your end, please don't blame us.

D, We are more than happy to follow your instructions regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.
Just tell us what you need and we will let you know what we can do to help.

E, In our experience, 80% orders are free of duties, we will try our best to lower the risk on customs, even you need to pay some taxes, you still can get the lower price than your local market.

F, The import tax or custom fees is charged by your government, not us, thus you can not cancel the order and refund the money.  
If the parcel return back to us due to the buyers refuse to pay the above fee, we would NOT send the parcel again unless the buyer complete those fee and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund due to the above reason.
